Paid placement disclosure
WinMe rankings are paid promotional placements. Higher verified cumulative bid values rank above lower values; equal amounts are ordered by the earlier verified placement. Rank is not a product-quality score and does not mean WinMe recommends or endorses the bidder.
Business identity
Use the real public-facing name of the business you are authorized to represent. Do not impersonate a competitor, public institution, customer, or unrelated brand.
Destination quality
Your website must resolve to a legitimate destination consistent with the listed business. We prohibit malware, credential theft, forced downloads, deceptive redirects, fake support pages, misleading affiliation claims, and materially deceptive offers.
Restricted activity
WinMe may reject or remove bids associated with illegal products or services, scams, infringement, exploitation, extremist activity, stolen goods, malicious software, evasion services, or other activity that creates unacceptable legal, user-safety, or platform-integrity risk.
Bidding behavior
Do not use compromised payment methods, automated payment abuse, coordinated fake identities, or attempts to manipulate the rank calculation or activity feed. A legitimate existing category/domain listing may be topped up using its verified contact email; the checkout charges only the increase needed to reach the submitted cumulative value. WinMe may review unusual activity before or after activation.
Category fit
Choose the category that reasonably describes what you offer. WinMe may move or remove a materially miscategorized listing to preserve usefulness of the board.
Challenge links
You may share your rank or challenge link, but do not represent it as an independent award, certification, objective market ranking, or endorsement. A truthful description is “paid #1 leaderboard position on winme.lol” or similar wording that preserves the paid-placement context.
