Before payment completion
WinMe validates the crown price before creating Dodo checkout. Because Dodo hosted checkout may complete while the board changes, a successful payment is applied to the cumulative public value purchased and the listing receives the rank that value earns when WinMe activates it.
After a bid is activated
Because a verified bid immediately affects a public ranking and promotional placement, completed bids are generally final once payment succeeds and the placement is activated, except where required by law or where WinMe confirms a duplicate charge, incorrect charge, or material platform error.
Cumulative bid value and top-ups
Your public bid value is cumulative. For example, if an existing verified listing moves from $100 to $175, the new Dodo checkout is for $75 and the public rank value becomes $175. The earlier $100 is not returned or replaced; together the verified payments support the $175 cumulative position.
Being outbid is not a refund event
A higher verified cumulative value can displace your position at any time. There is no guaranteed minimum ranking duration, and being outbid does not make any earlier payment refundable. Your listing simply moves to the rank earned by its cumulative public value.
Technical or duplicate-payment issues
If you believe Dodo Payments charged the wrong amount, processed a duplicate transaction, or payment completed without the corresponding bid being activated, contact Support promptly and include the Dodo payment ID. We will reconcile the server record against Dodo Payments before deciding the appropriate correction.
Removed listings
Listings removed because of fraud, illegality, impersonation, malware, deceptive destinations, prohibited content, or a material violation of the Bid Policy are not automatically eligible for refund.
Currency
All WinMe bid amounts and prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Your payment provider may apply exchange rates or fees outside WinMe’s control.
