These Terms govern your use of winme.lol (“WinMe,” “we,” “us,” or “the Service”). By accessing the Service, submitting a demand signal, or purchasing a leaderboard bid, you agree to these Terms.
1. What WinMe is
WinMe is a paid promotional leaderboard organized around automatically refreshed category demand briefs. Businesses can purchase positions by placing verified bids in U.S. dollars. Higher verified bids rank above lower verified bids within the applicable category.
Leaderboard position is paid placement. A ranking, crown, demand brief, “heat” score, or featured position is not an endorsement, certification, product review, recommendation, or representation that one business is better than another.
2. Demand briefs and customer signals
Demand briefs are generalized category prompts generated from WinMe’s configured content and aggregate demand inputs. They do not represent a specific identified purchaser unless WinMe explicitly states otherwise. Demand signals are held privately for manual review and do not become public merely because they were submitted. WinMe may approve, reject, deduplicate, or withhold a submission. Users should not submit personal, confidential, regulated, or sensitive information.
3. Paid bids
All bid amounts are stated in USD. A displayed bid is the listing’s cumulative public rank value. A new listing pays the full opening value. If the same category/domain listing is later raised using its existing verified contact email, Dodo Payments charges only the difference between the previous cumulative value and the new target value. A bid or top-up is not active until Dodo reports a successful payment and WinMe independently verifies the payment server-side.
When you select “Take #1,” WinMe rechecks the current crown before creating the Dodo checkout. Because Dodo completes hosted checkout before returning control to WinMe, another bidder may move the crown while checkout is open. A successfully verified payment is still applied to your cumulative public value and your listing receives the rank that value earns at activation time.
Once activated, a bid may be displaced immediately by a higher verified bid. Being outbid does not refund prior spend. The listing remains on the board at its cumulative verified value and moves to whatever rank that value earns. Purchasing a position does not guarantee a minimum display period, number of impressions, clicks, leads, customers, revenue, or other commercial result.
4. Your business listing
You represent that you are authorized to promote the submitted business and website, that your information is accurate, and that your destination does not contain malware, deceptive content, unlawful goods or services, or material designed to mislead visitors about affiliation with WinMe or another party.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use WinMe to promote illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, malware, deceptive financial schemes, hate or extremist activity, exploitation, stolen goods, infringement, or other content we reasonably determine creates material legal, safety, abuse, or platform-integrity risk. We may remove or refuse listings that violate this rule.
6. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Your use of Dodo Payments checkout is also subject to Dodo Payments’ applicable terms. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Chargebacks or disputes do not automatically create an entitlement to continued ranking.
7. Moderation and platform integrity
We may investigate suspicious activity, duplicate transactions, manipulated bidding, automated abuse, compromised payment accounts, misleading business identities, or attempts to interfere with ranking. We may pause a listing while investigating material risk.
8. Service changes
WinMe is a dynamic service. Categories, demand prompts, ranking presentation, minimum bids, features, and availability may change. We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service where reasonably necessary.
9. No warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular ranking duration, or a commercial outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WinMe will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
